The Midland-Odessa SBDC provides One-on-One counseling by trained professionals at no charge for persons planning to start a business as well as those already in business. This counseling can include financial analysis, business plan development, market planning, patents, copyrights, international trade, manufacturing assistance research information, and other matters.
